When Marisel Garcia got her computer back, she learned that Craig Feigin had installed a program calledWebcam Spy Hacker that was using her computer’s camera to take pictures of her and send them to a Web server. Apparently Feigin had 20,000 photos of Garcia and her friends, insome of which Garcia was not fully clothed. 3
He then emailed her and attempted a blackmail scheme to get her to strip naked for the webcam. She refused and called the police. Who where able to track down the webcam hacker spy. Now this guy was supposed to be a hacker spy who was also a computer technician, but he left himself wide open to discovery. There are ways to hide your identity on the net, but it seems he did not even try to hide himself. 2

Upon questioning, Feigin admitted to altering the laptop, and doing the same to 8 or 9 others. 1

Craig Feigin was arrested and held on $20,000 bail after he admitted to rigging Marisel Garcia’s computer, andother women’s computers,with Webcam Spy Hacker. Under Florida law, he could be charged with a felony and face jail time. 4
